    There is no regular book covering the material of the course (I am working on one) but you have to rely on my lecture notes of which some are available in typewritten form and some are available in handwritten form.
    The first notes that will be discussed in the lectures are in typewritten form and available for download from this home page of the course. This material goes under the name TotalE but, unfortunately, these notes are in Swedish. (I am working on an English translation).
